Samsung came up with three big winners in 2017 with the Samsung Galaxy S8, Samsung Galaxy S8+ and the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. If you know some friends or family members who would love either one of these handsets (including yourself) and you still have to do some holiday shopping for them (and perhaps yourself), Best Buy has various deals on the 2017 Samsung flagship models.
Verizon customers can pick up the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 from Best Buy for $300 off, or $636. With the same discount, the Samsung Galaxy S8 for Big Red subscribers is $436, and the Samsung Galaxy S8+ is priced at $536. …
Huawei won’t properly announce its Mate 10 smartphone series
before October 16, but we already know plenty about it, including the fact that
it should be comprised of multiple devices – a regular Mate 10, a Mate 10 Pro,
a Mate 10 Lite, and even a Mate 10 Porsche Design.
Earlier this week, we saw some leaked images that allegedly
showed the Mate 10 Pro and some of its highlight features. Now, we can say – with
pretty high confidence – that those images were indeed depicting the new Mate
Pro. That’s because the ever-reliable Evan Blass (aka @evleaks) today revealed what
looks to be an …
Earlier today, we learned that the LG-made Google Pixel 2 XL
should be a bit more expensive than last year’s Pixel XL, reportedly costing $849
(64 GB version) and $949 (128 GB version).
According to Droid-life, things won’t
be that bad with the HTC-made Google Pixel 2, as this is supposed to be offered at the
same prices that the Pixel of 2016 was launched for: $649 (64 GB) and $749 (128
GB). We’re guessing that the near-bezel-less 6-inch screen of the
Pixel 2 XL has something (or a lot) to do with its higher price. As you may know, the Pixel 2 isn’t expected to sport such a screen, instead …
Save for the end-of-the-show “surprise” iPhone X reveal, Apple’s Tuesday event felt extremely rushed: the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus part was particularly bad about this, but other stuff like the Apple Watch Series 3 also wasn’t given nearly as much attention as it could have.
Being Samsung’s newest top-of-the-line phones, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ are pretty expensive, so plenty of customers simply can’t afford them. But what if you could buy any of the two handsets for $150 off their regular prices? Well, for a limited time, you can.
Groupon is currently selling the unlocked Galaxy S8 for $574.99 (instead of $724.99), and the unlocked Galaxy S8+ for $674.99 (instead of $824.99). We’re talking about the US-specific S8 and S8+ models, which come with 1-year warranty from Samsung, and are compatible with pretty much all US carriers. …
A Polish online retailer is now listing two unannounced Sony smartphones, model numbers G8341 and G8441. As previously reported, the G8341 could be the rumored Xperia XZ1, while the G8441 could be the Xperia XZ1 Compact – both these handsets are expected to be officially unveiled in early September at IFA 2017.
While the retailer does not have photos or specs to share, it mentions four color variants for each of the two devices. The Sony G8341 (possibly the Xperia XZ1) should be released in Black, Moonlite Blue, Venus Pink, and Warm Silver, while the Sony G8441 (possibly the Xperia XZ1 …
Best Buy is currently selling select iPhone SE models for $200 off – as long as you’re purchasing them on monthly payments on AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon. Unfortunately, the deal does not include the new iPhone SE 32 GB and iPhone SE 128 GB models (released by in March), so the discounted prices are valid only for the iPhone SE 16 GB and iPhone SE 64 GB variants.
Here’s exactly what iPhone SE models you can get for a total of $200 off:
A listing on Samsung’s web page indicates the Galaxy S8 and S8+ will be made available in a bunch of new colors. Joining the Midnight Black, Orchid Grey, Arctic Silver, Maple Gold, and Coral Blue color schemes that the phones are already available in will be Ice Lake Blue, Smoked Purple Grey, and Quicksand Gold for the Galaxy S8. The Galaxy S8+ will be sold in the latter two new colors only. It’s also not specified whether the new shades will be Taiwan-only, or available globally.
