Evidence that the unannounced Moto G6 and Moto G6 Plus are legit comes from Motorola itself

We have already seen some pretty good evidence that Motorola will unveil the Moto G6 and Moto G6 Plus as soon as today. Case manufacturer Olixar has disseminated renders of the two phones wearing the firm’s snap-on cases. In addition, we’ve passed along the codenames of the Moto G6 series (which includes the Moto G6 Play), and last month specs for the trio leaked from an online Hungarian retailer named Alza. So if you have any doubt about the Moto G6, Moto G6 Plus and the Moto G6 Play, forget about it.

Still, it never hurts to have too much evidence that rumored phone models are really coming, …

The unannounced Galaxy J7 Prime 2 inadvertently confirmed by Samsung

A bunch of new Galaxy J series handsets leaked in the last couple of, but we have yet to learn when exactly Samsung will bring them to market. Well, it looks like one of these upcoming smartphones was made official for a few hours due to a mistake.

The unannounced Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 briefly appeared on the company’s official website before being pulled by the South Korean company. The sequel to Samsung’s Galaxy J7 Prime launch back in 2016, the Galaxy J7 Prime 2 comes with a large 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) display that features Corning Gorilla Glass coating.

When it comes to …

More information about the unannounced Asus ZenFone 5 Max appears in benchmark

Asus has already announced three new smartphones last month at MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2018, but the ZenFone 5 Max, one of the devices leaked back in January, was not among them.

The ZenFone 5, 5z and 5 Lite are the new smartphones introduced by Asus this year, but more devices are likely to be added to the ZenFone family very soon. New information about the ZenFone5 Max suggests this is a mid-range handset rather than a top-tier one.

After making the rounds of Wi-Fi Alliance where it received its certification, the ZenFone 5 Max was recently spotted at Geekbench. Apparently, …

Unannounced Samsung DeX Pad leaks out, brings a Galaxy S9 with it

Samsung’s Galaxy S9 and S9+ (both scheduled to be announced on February 25 at MWC 2018) will be released alongside various new accessories. Among these, Samsung will launch a DeX Pad – an accessory that seemingly takes last year’s DeX Station (pictured above) to a new level.
Similar to the DeX Station, the Samsung DeX Pad will let you dock your Galaxy phone, and connect it to an external monitor and other peripherals, like a keyboard or a mouse, basically turning the handset into a PC of some sorts. However, the upcoming DeX Pad reportedly also allows you to …

The unannounced LG G7 now has an app on Google Play: LG Wallet

LG today released Wallet – a new Android app presented as a “secure
mobile payment application for LG’s premium mobile handsets.” What’s
really interesting about this app is that, according to its description, it can be used only on an LG G7 (at least at this moment).

Of course, an LG G7 doesn’t exist yet, or not commercially
anyway. We are expecting a G7 to be introduced in the coming months (as a
successor to last year’s G6), but the device will likely be released under a
different name, as LG is looking to refresh its flagship phone naming scheme. Most
probably, the description …

Unannounced Nokia 2 to pack a large 4,000 mAh battery

After releasing the Nokia 8 flagship, HMD Global is now
getting ready to announce a significantly less pretentious smartphone. Apparently
called Nokia 2, the upcoming device was first seen last month in some photos
revealed by the FCC (the US Federal Communications Commission). Now, we can
share a new, and pretty important detail about the handset.

According to documents shared by the FCC, the Nokia 2
packs a 4,000 mAh battery – the largest we’ve seen inside a Nokia-branded
Android phone thus far. Such a generous battery might be able to last 2
days on a single charge, especially since …

Unannounced Sony H4233 phablet surfaces with 6-inch FHD display, Android 8.0 Oreo

Sony has already launched its new Xperia XZ1 flagship smartphone for the remainder of the year, along with a compact version of it, but the Japanese smartphone maker have one more surprise for its fans in 2017.

An unknown Sony H4233 smartphone has been recently spotted at GFXBench, a benchmark that stores new, unannounced devices in its database, and judging by its specs this isn’t a top-of-the-line phone.

Sony H4233 will be a large handset thanks to its 6-inch display with full HD (1080p) resolution. Even though it’s not a flagship, the smartphone is supposed to be equipped with a …

Galaxy Note 8 marketing booklet caught in the wild, reveals details about the unannounced phone

So, we all know the Note 8 is coming. And, thanks to a bucketload of leaks, we also pretty much know what it’s going to look like. There’s a point to be made about leaks ruining the excitement of a phone reveal somewhere around here, but we’re not trying to make that point right now.

For a while now, we’ve known that the Note 8 would have a dual camera module on the back. But it has been up in the air how Sammy plans to use it — would it go for a wide lens, RGB and monochrome sensor combo, or do the telephoto lens portrait shooter thing? Well, recent leaks suggest …
