New Apple iPad models appear in regulatory filings suggesting two new tablets are incoming?

Two new Apple iPad models, “A1893” and “A1954,” were approved by the Eurasian Economic Commission. The regulatory agency has oversight in countries like Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. The two model numbers do not correspond with any previously released iPad tablet. Top Apple analyst Ming Chi-Kuo of KGI Securities said last year that the 2018 Apple iPad Pro will resemble the Apple iPhone X thanks to the inclusion of an edge-to-edge screen, the TrueDepth Camera, and Face ID. And yes, that means that the new iPad Pro units will feature the infamous “notch.”

We would expect …

Best Android tablets of 2018

The Android tablet market is flooded, quite literally, with offerings from mostly unknown brands and manufacturers. Some of them can actually be a solid buy in their own right, but finding just the right one could be a hassle, seeing as how most of them come from China. Some of the big names are still releasing Android-powered, albeit not as frequently as before, when the world was crazy about tablets.
Still, if you’re looking for a really solid Android tablet—be it for multimedia, artistic endeavors, or even work; cheap, expensive, or somewhere in-between—there’s …

Most interestingly though, said XML files are named after the codenames of these Galaxy devices …

The unfortunate decline of Android tablets

Scrolling through my Facebook feed the other day, I came upon a picture that was recommended to me by the social network’s “On This Day” feature. The image in question was undeniable nostalgic, given that it was originally taken by me 6 long years ago. That span of time can be deemed as long, especially how quickly technology evolves and innovates in just a short period of the time. The photo in question was none other than the Asus Transformer Prime that I was reviewing at the time back in January 2012. I vividly remember how it was one of the first, true premium Android tablets on the …
