There's more talk about a 2019 Apple iPhone model sporting a triple camera setup

Last month, we told you that an Apple iPhone model planned for 2019 might feature a triple camera setup on back. Now, there is more talk about a future iPhone model sporting a trio of rear-facing cameras. The latest about this comes from Deutsche Securities analyst Lu Jialin, who says that the new system will employ two stereo-vision lenses and a telephoto lens. The analyst says that this will allow the cameras on the back of the iPhone to capture 3D images without using the lasers employed by the iPhone X’s front-facing TrueDepth Camera.

Refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note 7R, sporting 3200mAh battery, surfaces in Asia

It looks like the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is back. This time, the notorious handset has a special identifier in its name with the “R” in Galaxy Note 7R standing for refurbished. Earlier this year, there was talk about Samsung bringing back the twice-recalled phablet as a refurbished model, but that rumor was originally denied, and then confirmed. Issues with the batteries in the Galaxy Note 7 caused several units to explode last year, resulting in the device getting pulled off store shelves.

T-Mobile subscribers will score discounted sporting event/theater tickets on T-Mobile Tuesday

This is an exciting time for sports fans. The 2017 MLB season is about to begin, and in the
NBA and NHL, teams are jockeying for playoff position. T-Mobile is
working with iOS and Android app Gametime to give subscribers $20 off tickets to
a sporting event. For those not familiar with Gametime, the app finds users the 50 best values for the events that they want to attend, which can

Snapchat just signed a deal with one of this country's biggest sporting codes


Snapchat wants those advertising dollars, and what do people like? Sport, of course.

Like Twitter before it, Snapchat’s parent company Snap Inc. is chasing deals with Australian sporting codes in an effort to monetise its claimed 4 million daily active users locally. 

On Monday, it announced a partnership with the Australian Football League (AFL).

Snapchat will cover games during the 2017 men’s season, including the grand final match, as part of the app’s “Our Story” feature that compiles snaps from viewers, players and the league itself. Each team’s home stadium will also get a unique Geofilter for fans.  Read more…

New render of Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 shows the tablet sporting the magnetic keyboard accessory

While everyone is talking about the Samsung Galaxy S8 and its larger sibling, the Samsung Galaxy S8+, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is creating a large buzz for a tablet.
