Two Galaxy J smartphones are about to make their debut in the United States very soon, the Galaxy J3 (2017) and Galaxy J7 (2017), but we’ve just learned that a third might be coming, too.

We first got wind of the unannounced Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) back in February, when the smartphone was spotted at Wi-Fi Alliance with model number SM-J530FM/DS. The only information about the phone was the fact that it was running Android 6.0 Marshmallow at that time.

Today, the phone appeared again, but this time we’ve been blessed with slightly more information about its specs. A new Samsung …

Xiaomi Mi 6 rumor round-up: Specs, features, price and release date

It’s been roughly a year since Chinese superstar Xiaomi unveiled its not-too-shabby Xiaomi Mi 5. Equipped with excellent hardware, hip design, and an attractive price tag, it was one of the best Android devices you couldn’t get due to its rather limited availability. Regardless, it was a rather good all-around smartphone that showed Xiaomi knows how to make an appealing Android device.
The Mi 5 is a bit long in the tooth already, though, so it’s only natural that it will be eventually succeeded by the Xiaomi Mi 6. Rumor has it this device might become official …

Not only are the phones with one of the best value-for-money ratios from a reputable brand in the Android world  at the moment, but they also punch above and beyond their $200-$300 range.

Take the Moto G5 Plus, for example. About the only ho-hum thing about this midranger is the screen-to-body ratio, but, given that it has a 5.2″ display, the phone’s overall footprint is not very large anyway. The rest …

Huawei P10 vs Huawei P9: specs comparison

At MWC yesterday, Huawei revealed its new P10 lineup, consisting of three devices – the base model P10, a Lite version, and a 5.5-inch Plus variant. The trio succeeds last year’s P9 family, which too included Lite and Plus versions alongside the regular P9.

The Huawei P9 was a neat phone, with its stylish design and slim profile, responsive user interface, and the great dual-camera setup on its back.

The new Huawei P10 strives to improve over its predecessor by slightly upping battery capacity and the number of effective pixels on its Leica-branded monochrome shooter, …
