The Xiaomi Black Shark gaming phone is official, aiming to give the Razer Phone a run for its money. Black Shark is technically an independent company, but thanks to a large investment from Xiaomi, both companies are now hoping to compete directly with both Razer and Nubia, the latter of which is expected to announce its own gaming smartphone next week.

The Black Shark gaming phone, which is backed by Xiaomi, has appeared online in a new sketch. The Xiaomi-backed OEM has already confirmed that its new gaming smartphone will be launching next Friday, April 13, and now, due to a new sketch, a few of the design elements have been confirmed by the company.
