Following the successful release of Final Fantasy XV on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and before the game’s PC launch slated for March 6, Square Enix outs the mobile version of its latest title in the popular RPG saga.

Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition consists of 10 chapters that follow the adventures of Noctis and his friends in their attempt to save the nations of Lucis and Niflheim. The first chapter of the game is available for free, but you’ll have to pay for the other nine if you want to continue to play it.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp scores 15 million downloads in just one week

It looks like Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp has just become Nintendo’s second largest mobile game launch after Super Mario Run. The game has achieved a certain number of downloads that proves how popular Nintendo’s franchises are among mobile users.

Based on Sensor Tower’s early estimates, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp has been downloaded at least 15 million times worldwide in just one week. We’re talking about downloads across both App Store and Google Play of course.

Although Nintendo announced yesterday that Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp will be released in the App Store and Google Play on November 22, the developer decided to take the wraps off the highly-anticipated game one day early.

If you’re rocking an Android smartphone or an iPhone, you can now download Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp on your device. It’s available for free via App Store and Google Play but includes some serious in-app purchases. Square Enix announced back in August it will launch yet another Final Fantasy mobile game by the end of the year. Dubbed Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition, the game would be available on both the Android and iOS platforms.

For Final Fantasy fans, this week marks the pre-registration opening for Android users on the Google Play Store. There doesn’t seem to be any freebies available to those who pre-register, but at least they’ll be notified the moment the game gets released.

At the beginning of this month, we told you that Pokemon Go developer Niantic would once again be celebrating Halloween with a special event.
