Pokemon GO players will be able to enjoy a series of events starting next month, which will allow them to catch special Pokemon in the wild. For just a few hours each month, players can go out and play together in local community parks on Pokemon GO Community Day.

Niantic recently announced that during these community events, there’s a chance to learn a previously unavailable move for that the special Pokemon you might encounter or its evolution. Additionally, Pokemon GO players can earn special Community Day bonuses.

Pokemon GO developer Niantic to launch new Harry Potter AR game in 2018

Niantic Labs, the maker of the Pokemon GO smash hit, is expected to launch another AR (augmented reality) game for mobiles next year. The new game will benefit from another tremendously popular franchise: Harry Potter.

According to a new report from TechCrunch, a new mobile game called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, which is co-developed by Warner Bros. Interactive’s sub-brand Portkey Games, will be launched in 2018.

Niantic celebrates the Equinox with major Pokemon GO in-game event

The US company behind Pokemon GO smash hit has just announced it will kick off a new in-game event in celebration of the Equinox. The new event is supposed to run from 1:00 PM PDT on September 22 to 1:00 PM PDT on October 2 and will allow players to earn double Stardust for catching Pokemon and hatching Eggs.
