Black Friday got you down cause you missed those juicy deals? Hot-ticket products flew off virtual and physical shelves on Friday, including Nintendo’s SNES Classic. Supplies were replenished at Best Buy on Saturday morning, and the coveted console will return to Toys R Us starting Nov. 27.
According to Polygon, the new Toys R Us supply will be fairly limited, but any SNES Classic restock is a good restock, right?
“We encourage you to get in line before doors open,” Toys R Us said in a blog post – but nothing will be available before stores’ regular operating hours. This doesn’t extend to online shopping (sorry, Cyber Monday!), so you’ll have to weather the lines and weather the weather to procure the Classic at long last. Read more…
If you caught Sunday night’s American Music Award, you might have seen T-Mobile’s new ad starring Nick Cannon. The ad focuses on a BOGO deal being offered by the nation’s third largest carrier as part of its #HolidayTWOgether ad campaign. With this deal, consumers will be able to buy an Apple iPhone 8 and get a second one for free. The 30-second spot apparently takes place on Christmas Eve when Santa and his son (little Saint Nick) make a loud arrival down a chimney.
Pops urges Junior to take notes. First, Santa tells his son that T-Mobile gives you two iPhone 8 units for the price …
To be fair, the World Series is a pretty big deal.
Kate Upton and her husband Justin Verlander appeared on The Tonight Show on Friday night and revealed what is possibly the biggest ever double-booking of their lives. On the day the couple were meant to be wed in Italy, Verlander was actually scheduled to play game seven of the World Series.
Considering the fact that Verlander’s team the Houston Astros went on to win, it was probably a good call. Read more…
So, back in January, Vine died. Quick recap — it was a video-based social media, which only allowed you to post videos of up to 6 seconds. Unfortunately, despite gaining a fair bit of popularity, it just couldn’t make enough money and the plug had to be pulled.

Spoilers below for Game of Thrones Season 7, episode 5. So don’t act like you haven’t been warned.
Game of Thrones is in the business of reunions and resurrecting old favorites this season, and “Eastwatch” brought back none other than King Robert Baratheon’s beloved bastard Gendry.
The blacksmith’s apprentice who fled King’s Landing with Arya Stark and sailed away from Stannis Baratheon waaaaayyyyy back in Season 3 reunited with Davos Seaworth in Fleabottom in tonight’s episode… and then gets into another freaking boat.
Westworld won’t be back on our screens until 2018 — so it’s no surprise that the spoiler-averse showrunners, Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, kept a lid on any details about Season 2 at the show’s PaleyFest panel on Saturday night.
That didn’t stop fans or the intrepid moderator from trying, of course: They grilled Nolan on everything from whether we’ll see other theme parks in Season 2, like the previously teased Samurai World (“That’d be cool, wouldn’t it?” Nolan coyly deflected), to whether Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood) shot park creator Ford (Anthony Hopkins) in the Season 1 finale because she had developed her own consciousness, or simply because Arnold (Jeffrey Wright) had programmed her to. (“Isn’t it more fun to just guess?” Nolan teased.) Read more…
