With this poster, Samsung is trying to focus our attention on a few things – the Seoul-based manufacturer clearly takes pride in the edge-to-edge design of the Galaxy S8, as the outline of the phone …

Picture of Moto G5 leaks along with a shot of the box it comes in

Earlier today we passed along the latest specs allegedly belonging to the Moto G5. The specs were discovered on the GFXBench website. Also discovered today on the Brazilian OLX app, where many go to buy and sell posted items, was the image of the Moto G5 and the box that it came in. Eventually, the listing of the unannounced handset was pulled and the picture removed, but not before the image was preserved forever.

We expect the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus to be introduced on February 26th at MWC in Barcelona. The G5 should feature a 5-inch display with a 1080 x 1920 resolution. The handset …

Black LG G6 leaks out

Far from being one of this year’s best kept secrets, the LG G6 smartphone has been pictured numerous times until now, despite the fact that it won’t be officially showcased before February 26. Earlier today, we saw a white LG G6 next to its predecessor (the G5), and now we have newly leaked renders that show a black variant of the upcoming handset.

Revealed by Evan Blass (known as @evleaks on Twitter), the new renders present the front, rear, left, and right sides of the G6.

Given Evan Blass’ reputation, we’re likely looking at renders that LG itself will use to …

New image of HTC One X10 mid-ranger leaks

Early in January, when everyone was still accidentally writing 2016 on their checks, tipster Evan Blass posted a tweet about the HTC One X10. This is a mid range model that would be a sequel to the HTC One X9. Blass’ missive included an image of the One X10 along with the news that the phone would be unveiled some time in the first quarter. We are a little more than half way through that three month period, and to be honest with you, we sort of lost track of the HTC One X10. It wasn’t like HTC didn’t have the new U Ultra and HTC U Play to occupy the part of our brain that deals with the manufacturer.

Asus Zenfone 3 Go leaks with specs and renders

Asus’ naming convention is getting more and more confusing with each passing day. Navigating already official models is a challenge in itself, but when it comes to analyzing leaks, it really takes some dedicated investigative work to get the facts straight.

This time around, however, we have an almost suspiciously straight-forward scoop.

The Zenfone 3 Go appears to be a revival of the budget “Go” line. Last we saw a Go unit up on offer was in 2015. The original Asus Zenfone Go ZC500TG bore the typical Zenfone 2 design language, including the bulky arching back and a horizontally centered main camera.

The new Zenfone 3 Go, on the other hand, logically shares most of its aesthetic with the rest of the Zenfone 3 family. The back is flat and from the looks of things has a brushed metal finish. There is no rear-mounted button, nor any physical controls on the front.

Also, the camera design now appears smaller and its circular shape and position near the edge, make the Zenfone 3 Go really blend in with many contemporary offers from the likes of Oppo, Vivo or Meizu.

Apart from the nifty renders, the leak also shares some alleged specs for the Zenfone 3 Go. These include a 5-inch 720p display, Snapdragon 410 chipset, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The camera setup consists of a 13MP main shooter with 1.4 μm pixel size and a 5MP selfie one. Overall, nothing really impressive, but still a pretty decent offer, considering the EUR 150 suggested price point.

ZTE Quartz smartwatch leaks out, circular display and Android Wear 2.0 on board

Last month, during CES 2017, ZTE confirmed that it was working on an Android Wear smartwatch – its very first such device. According to Venture Beat, the smartwatch is called ZTE Quartz, and we can take a look at it in the leaked image above.

Like many other smartwatches currently on the market (not including the Apple Watch, of course), the ZTE Quarts sports a circular display in order to resemble a traditional timepiece.

For now, there aren’t too many details on the features of the ZTE Quartz, but we know that this should come with 3G/LTE connectivity, …

Huawei P10 leaks out in press renders with curved display, front fingerprint sensor

Huawei’s flagship smartphone, the P10 is just one month away, but for those of you who don’t might getting some info before the big announcement, we have some good news.

A couple of new press renders of the smartphone have just appeared in China, so we can get a clear look at what’s to come. First of all, we have two pictures of the P10’s front side, and another one showing the phone’s back side.

If the photos are the real deal, then they prove Huawei has decided to relocate the fingerprint sensor on the front side, most likely under the physical Home button.

The back side …

Motorola Moto M retail box leaks

Pictures of the Motorola Moto M have surfaced recently, including exceptionally clear images of the phone discovered yesterday. These were found on the website of smartphone accessory retailer Skinomi. The Moto M is the first Motorola smartphone to feature a fingerprint scanner on the back. The button is placed just below the camera and flash housing.

Today, we have a leak that allegedly shows off the retail box of the Motorola Moto M. While the Motorola batwings logo is on the box, the Motorola brand name doesn’t appear to be found on the front of the container. We can see the Lenovo logo on the front, however.

We expect the Moto M to come with a Gorilla Glass 4 protected 5.5-inch screen carrying a 1080 x 1920 resolution. Under the hood you’ll find the MediaTek MT6755 SoC, equipped with an octa-core 2.1GHz CPU, and the Mali-T860 MP2 GPU. 4GB of RAM is inside, along with 32GB/64GB of native storage. A 3000mAh battery keeps the lights on. A 16MP rear-facing camera is included, and there is an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies.

The Moto M should be available in Gold and Silver, measuring 8mm thick. The model will weigh in at 163 grams. The latest buzz around the water cooler has the phone launching in December. The phone is expected to launch in China and other Asian markets. The version earmarked for China will come with three Microsoft apps pre-installed.

Samsung Galaxy S Advance Leaks Out Today

Samsung has focused on high-end devices in the calendar months that have passed. Currently they are attempting to make a comeback in the mid-range section of the market with new products for this calendar year. One of the most expected models is the Samsung Galaxy S Advance. This may very easily become one of the best cell phone deals available on the market and right now there are some info offered on the specs of the new mobile phone.

Regarding computing power, the folks at Samsung decided to use the dual-core technology for the brand new unit. The cell phone will use a 1 GHz processor that is based on a new chipset created by ST-Ericsson. This processor really should run any apps without problems. Also, the in-built storage space of the device will likely be around 8 GB which is not that much as compared to other cell phones.

As we all realize the people at Samsung have the best screens for their telephones. This recent Galaxy model has a four inches display that uses the Amoled technology. This indicates it will use a small amount of power and the clarity of the display will be very sound. The design is just like all the other products from the Galaxy range. You will get a phone that has rounded corners and has a slimmer body.

In terms of software programs the Galaxy S advance will probably be very similar to all the current cell phone deals available. It will use the Android Gingerbread OS that has been optimized to operate with the Touch-Wizz technology developed by Samsung. The digital keyboard of the mobile phone is quite hard to use in the normal portrait mode, but once you change to the landscape mode you will not have any problems in writing mail messages. All the keys are very responsive and you will not make a great deal of spelling faults.

It is anticipated that this telephone will replace the Galaxy R model and will have a price tag comparable to the old model. Another unknown thing is the battery pack life of the device. No person can say what battery pack model will be used for this cell phone and this is a large mystery. If Samsung is sold with a very good battery this cell phone could very well become a true star on the market. I would really love to see the cellphone for real and to test it myself. I am hoping that the launch of the newer model is close!
