HTC U11 EYEs to be announced on January 15, here is what it looks like

The HTC U11 EYEs, also known as HTC Harmony, is supposed to be revealed next week. We reported earlier this month that a mid-range smartphone with that might go official very soon.

Well, it looks like the Chinese media has already received invitations to an HTC event, which mention the word “Eye.” The announcement is scheduled for January 15, while rumors claim the HTC U11 EYEs will go on sale in three Asian countries – China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, on January 17.

BlackBerry Motion launches in the US on January 12

today announced the upcoming US availability of BlackBerry Motion – the very first dust- and water-resistant
BlackBerry-branded smartphone.

Latest January update for Pixel phones brings "anti-aging" display fixes

Google is not wasting any time and it kicks off 2018 with an important update for its Google Pixel lineup of phones that helps with aging of the AMOLED screens. On New Year’s Day 2018, Apple set a record for the most revenue earned by the App Store in one day. Just a few days ago, on January 1st, the App Store brought in $300 million in gross revenue. During the seven days that started on Christmas Day, the App Store took in an amazing $890 million. Since the launch of the store in July 2008, Apple has paid out $86 billion to developers for their share of paid apps and subscriptions purchased through the App Store.

Galaxy S8 Android 8.0 Oreo beta program ends January 15th, public update could roll by end of January

Samsung rolled out the first Android 8.0 Oreo update public beta for the Galaxy S8 and S8+ in early November, and it’s now been two months since it’s been beta-testing the update.
