Apparently, sources familiar with Microsoft’s plans told The Verge that Cortana integration on Outlook for Android and iOS is now being tested internally, and if results are positive, then the feature will be part of a beta program before going public.

The report also mentions Cortana integration will allow Outlook users on Android and iOS to take advantage of voice control features …

OneNote for Android scores Office Lens integration in latest update

OneNote for Android has scored a new update that adds Office Lens integration to the note-taking app. Google recently did something similar with Keep and Google Lens, although the feature is currently available only on a limited number of phones that support Lens. Microsoft’s solution, on the other hand, works on pretty much any device, so long as it has OneNote installed on it.

Office Lens is Microsoft’s take on mobile document scanning and has been quite reliable thus far, in my experience at least. It’s pretty adequate at cleaning artifacts from your …

Apple Clips on iPhone X updated with 360-degree selfie video recording, iCloud integration

As it stands, Apple Clips is sort of a middle ground between iOS’s automatic slideshow feature and the much more involved iMovie. The app was made with short videos in mind and offers users a wide variety of built-in image filters to toy around with, as well as the so-called Live Titles, which are basically animated (and optionally user-voiced) captions to go along with videos.

Clips launched back in March and now it’s getting its second big update in the form of iCloud integration and 360-degree selfies. Dubbed Selfie Scenes, the new feature makes use …

iOS users, rejoice! Waze's Spotify integration is no longer an Android-only feature

Looking back at all the new features Waze added to its mobile app, we can safely say that this is an iOS-first app. Usually, it takes up to several months until Android users get to benefit from the same new features that Waze users on iOS are treated with, but there are exceptions to the rule.

One of these exceptions is Spotify integration, a feature that was added by Waze back in March but only on Android devices. Well, it looks like the exclusivity time is over and iOS users will get to use Spotify integration very soon as well.

The developers have just announced that the integrated …
