The category 4 storm is making landfall in Texas this evening and the free calls and texts will run from today through September 1st in certain areas of Texas and Louisiana. Those in the affected areas who are customers of T-Mobile and MetroPCS, even if they are on a pre-paid plan, can take advantage of this offer.
