Motorola’s midrange and budget warriors, the Moto E5 and G6, and their Plus and Play versions are just around the corner… if you live in Mexico, that is, as they just got released in Brazil, and will be available in Mexico next week. As for the rest of the world, well, Motorola is only saying that the phones will “roll out over the coming months in various countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and North America.”
Lady Gaga has cancelled the rest of the Joanne World Tour due to “severe pain,” according to a statement tweeted on Saturday.
“I’m so devastated I don’t know how to describe it. All I know is that if I don’t do this, I am not standing by the words or meaning of my music. My medical team is supporting the decision for me to recover at home,” Gaga’s statement reads.
The 31-year-old singer has been public about living with fibromyalgia, a chronic musculoskeletal disease that can cause these episodes of severe pain. She also had postponed the European leg of her tour last year due to health concerns, and she spoke about these health issues during her Netflix documentary, “Gaga: Five Foot Two.” Read more…
Samsung just announced that two if its newest Gear devices –
the Gear Sport and Gear IconX 2018 – will be released in the US on October 27. Interested
customers can pre-order both products starting tomorrow, October 13.
The Gear Sport is a Tizen-based smartwatch that, according
to Samsung, enables users to “go beyond fitness.” Compatible with
both Android and iOS phones and tablets, the wearable device will be offered
for $299.99. It’ll come with features like water resistance (up to 50 meters), a
1.2-inch circular Super AMOLED screen, GPS, music player, and NFC (for Samsung
Sony is really trying to make a push this year. At MWC, the company unveiled four new smartphones, alongside its interactive projector – the Xperia Touch. The LG G6 has been on sale since Friday, and preorders started March 2, but only in its hometurf of Korea, while the rest of the world will have to wait for the gradual rollout and certification on local carriers. How long of a wait until the G6 arrives at this side of the pond?
