Another reason why dogs are the best. Oh, and Chris Evans.

TwitterFacebook

The purest, sweetest love story of summer 2017 has come to an appropriately slobbery conclusion: Chris Evans has officially been reunited with his dog, Dodger.

And because Evans is the Best Chris, he’s shared video footage so all of us can bask in their joy.

It’s quite a turnaround from that harrowing time two months ago when we all thought Dodger was dead, thanks to this accidentally cryptic tweet by Evans:

Really missing this guy right nowpic.twitter.com/fWNviX6CrH

Jared Leto paid tribute to Chester Bennington and Chris Cornell at the VMAs

TwitterFacebook

During Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards, Jared Leto paid tribute to Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington and Sound Garden’s Chris Cornell, who both died by suicide earlier this year.

Taking the stage to introduce footage of Linkin Park’s 2010 VMAs performance, Leto reflected on his friendship with the artists and encouraged those who may feel like “there is no hope” to “reach out, share your thoughts, do not give up.”

Read a snippet of Leto’s tribute here:

Chris Evans reading a bedtime story about superheroes is about to break the internet

TwitterFacebook

We don’t know who came up with CBeebies’ strategy of getting famous actors to read bedtime stories, but frankly they deserve at least several promotions.

We’ve already had three swoonworthy tales from Tom Hardy, and now it’s the turn of everyone’s favourite Captain, Chris Evans.

Here’s a clip of him reading Even Superheroes Have Bad Days:

And here’s a clip of him introducing the bedtime story. Just look at the way his muscles bulge spectacularly out of that white shirt. Also, isn’t his beard perfect?

The full episode airs on CBeebies this Wednesday at 6:50 p.m. Read more…

Chris Pine channels William Shatner for classic 'Star Trek' skit on 'SNL'

TwitterFacebook

It’s Kirk, but not as we know him.

With Chris Pine hosting Saturday Night Live this week, the writers obviously couldn’t resist the opportunity to let the Star Trek franchise’s new Captain James T. Kirk channel the original iteration of the character, made famous by William Shatner.

Pine did his best Shatner for a surreal sketch about the original show’s “lost episode,” featuring Bobby Moynihan as Spock’s secret half-brother, Spocko, and it’s comedy gold. Read more…

Chris Pine reminds us he’s not Hemsworth, Evans, or Pratt in 'SNL' monologue

TwitterFacebook

It’s good to be a “scruffy and squinty and jacked, but in a sweet way” guy named Chris who acts in movies.

But apparently not if you don’t want to be confused with the other scruffy, beefy guys named Chris who act in movies.

Chris Pine, tonight’s Saturday Night Live host, used his monologue as an opportunity to differentiate himself from Hemsworth, Evans, and Pratt.

Watch Chris Pine's sexy lip sync battle on 'Saturday Night Live'

TwitterFacebook

Saturday Night Live taught the world tonight that hunky superhero tough guy Chris Pine can sing

But apparently he can lip sync, too.

Pine, Bobby Moynihan, and a few other SNL regulars play grease monkeys coming to terms with their love of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

The hammer comes down, though, when the conversation shifts to Lip Sync Battle. Pine challenges Moynihan, and, well, IT’S ON.

Fortunately for the viewing public, the battle, featuring a lip sync to an Erika Jayne song (she’s apparently a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills!), ended with some delightful booty shaking by Pine. And, I mean, Moynihan too, but Pine. Read more…
