Sprint intros the cheap LG Tribute Dynasty, already available on Boost Mobile for $59

Sprint today announced a brand new smartphone made by LG –
the LG Tribute Dynasty. As expected, the LG Tribute Dynasty is – just like its
predecessor – a low-end device that’s made for users who don’t want to spend more
than $100 on a new phone.

Sporting a 5-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels, the LG
Tribute Dynasty is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor, coming with 2 GB
of RAM and 16 GB of expandable storage space. The handset further features 4G
LTE connectivity, a 5MP front-facing camera, an 8 MP rear camera, and a 2,500 mAh
removable battery. Unfortunately, the Tribute Dynasty …

LG Tribute Dynasty coming soon to Sprint, Boost and Virgin Mobile

A new budget-friendly LG smartphone may soon be debuted by major carrier Sprint, the Tribute Dynasty. Boost and Virgin Mobile will be getting the Android handset as well, probably starting next year.

Nothing is known about the unannounced LG Tribute Dynasty aside from its model number (LG SP200) and the date it’s been approved (October 27). The manual of the smartphone was recently spotted online, otherwise, we wouldn’t even know it exists.

It’s hard to believe that Sprint will introduce the LG Tribute Dynasty in the little time left until New Year’s Eve, so it would be safe to assume …

Available to pre-order starting today, October 27, the iPhone X will be

Both Boost and Virgin Mobile (which are prepaid brands of
Sprint) announced that they’re going to launch the iPhone X on November
10. At Virgin Mobile, Inner Circle

ZTE's new Tempo X for Boost is the most affordable Nougat phone with removable battery

Following up on the affordable Tempo phone it released last year, the second largest non-contract smartphone supplier in the US – ZTE – is now launching the upgraded Tempo X. The screen has grown to 5 inches this time, from 4.5″ in the Tempo, but the X is still a very manageable compact handset.

“Everything you need at a price you can afford” is ZTE’s moto for the X, which made us look at the surprisingly low $79.99 price. Needless to say, you only get the basics at this tag – a quad-core chipset, 5 MP camera on the rear and 2 MP camera up front, a gig of RAM and 8 …

iPhone 8 and 8 Plus will be released by Boost and Virgin Mobile on September 29

While Sprint is launching the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus on
September 22 (just like all other major US carriers), if you want to buy the
new handsets from Boost Mobile or Virgin Mobile – Sprint’s two prepaid brands –
you’ll have to wait an extra week to get them.

Both Boost and Virgin Mobile will release the two new
iPhones on September 29, likely for the same prices that Apple is asking
(iPhone 8 starting at $699, and iPhone 8 Plus starting at $799).

Boost Mobile
is already accepting pre-registrations for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. For
a limited time, if you pre-register, …

Apple's AirPower wireless charger is running late. Enter Belkin's Boost Up pad for the iPhone 8/X

Apple’s AirPower wireless charging mat may look svelte and top up everything with the fruit logo in sight, but it’s coming much later than its announcement, so what’s a cord-cutter to do when they get their new iPhone 8, Plus or X? After all, why have fresh glass backs that pass those electrons through with ease, if not to use the new wireless charging option that Apple finally brings to its phone portfolio.

Fret not, though, as Belkin just announced a wireless charging pad called Boost Up which has been developed directly in collaboration with Apple. Utilizing the most widespread …

Samsung Gear IconX (2018) hands-on: a welcome battery boost

Last year’s Samsung Gear IconX were awesome with their ability to add tunes to your workount without any wires getting in the way. But they were far from perfect. As we stated in our review, battery life was one of the earphones’ weakest links.

The new Samsung Gear IconX (2018) addresses the issue by adding a larger battery in each earbud – one that is promised to deliver up to 5 hours of music listening over Bluetooth. The figure stands at 6 hours if you listen to music stored on the IconX’s 4GB of built-in storage. As before, the provided carrying case doubles …

Anker SoundCore Boost Bluetooth speaker Review

Introduction
Founded in 2009 by a group of then Google employees, Anker has made a name for themselves in the world of smartphone accessories. Known for reliable cables, chargers, and power banks, the company has also delved into the audio market, producing various lines of Bluetooth speakers and headphones, which, like their other accessories, became known for their reasonable price, and solid performance. While the company may not be the most prominent name in audio technology, they’ve drawn comparisons to heavy-hitters like Bose and JBL. Today, we take a look at their SoundCore Boost 20-Watt …

Motorola Moto E4 now available at Sprint and Boost Mobile

Starting today, Sprint and Boost Mobile are selling the Moto E4, one of Motorola’s newest (and cheapest) smartphones. Previously released unlocked, as well as via Verizon and MetroPCS, the Moto E4 runs Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box, and is definitely a handset to consider if you’re on a tight budget.

While it’s more expensive than on Verizon and MetroPCS, Sprint’s and Boost’s Moto E4 is still cheaper than the unlocked version of the phone, which costs $129.99. The handset can be purchased from Boost Mobile for $79.99 (plus tax) after instant online rebate, …

Samsung's mid-range and low-end phones to get storage and performance boost tools

Samsung is apparently planning to introduce a new “Storage Saving” feature to its budget and mid-range phones. According to SamMobile, the new function will give users new tools that will aid in freeing up space on their handsets, which is great news, given the fact that affordable phones usually ship with smaller amounts of internal storage.
One of the most important functions of the new Storage Saving service is said to be an option to delete local copies of photos and videos that have been uploaded to Samsung Cloud. The tech giant’s cloud service currently …
