Sprint today announced a brand new smartphone made by LG –
the LG Tribute Dynasty. As expected, the LG Tribute Dynasty is – just like its
predecessor – a low-end device that’s made for users who don’t want to spend more
than $100 on a new phone.
Sporting a 5-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels, the LG
Tribute Dynasty is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor, coming with 2 GB
of RAM and 16 GB of expandable storage space. The handset further features 4G
LTE connectivity, a 5MP front-facing camera, an 8 MP rear camera, and a 2,500 mAh
removable battery. Unfortunately, the Tribute Dynasty …
A new budget-friendly LG smartphone may soon be debuted by major carrier Sprint, the Tribute Dynasty. Boost and Virgin Mobile will be getting the Android handset as well, probably starting next year.
Nothing is known about the unannounced LG Tribute Dynasty aside from its model number (LG SP200) and the date it’s been approved (October 27). The manual of the smartphone was recently spotted online, otherwise, we wouldn’t even know it exists.
It’s hard to believe that Sprint will introduce the LG Tribute Dynasty in the little time left until New Year’s Eve, so it would be safe to assume …
Available to pre-order starting today, October 27, the iPhone X will be
officially launched on November 3. However, only Apple and major carriers
(Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint) will actually release the handset on that
day. Customers wanting to get the iPhone X on Boost Mobile or Virgin Mobile
will have to wait an extra week for it.
Both Boost and Virgin Mobile (which are prepaid brands of
Sprint) announced that they’re going to launch the iPhone X on November
10. At Virgin Mobile, Inner Circle
members can pre-order the new Apple phone starting November 3. At Boost Mobile,
Following up on the affordable Tempo phone it released last year, the second largest non-contract smartphone supplier in the US – ZTE – is now launching the upgraded Tempo X. The screen has grown to 5 inches this time, from 4.5″ in the Tempo, but the X is still a very manageable compact handset.
While Sprint is launching the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus on
September 22 (just like all other major US carriers), if you want to buy the
new handsets from Boost Mobile or Virgin Mobile – Sprint’s two prepaid brands –
you’ll have to wait an extra week to get them.
Both Boost and Virgin Mobile will release the two new
iPhones on September 29, likely for the same prices that Apple is asking
(iPhone 8 starting at $699, and iPhone 8 Plus starting at $799).
is already accepting pre-registrations for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. For
a limited time, if you pre-register, …
Apple’s AirPower wireless charging mat may look svelte and top up everything with the fruit logo in sight, but it’s coming much later than its announcement, so what’s a cord-cutter to do when they get their new iPhone 8, Plus or X? After all, why have fresh glass backs that pass those electrons through with ease, if not to use the new wireless charging option that Apple finally brings to its phone portfolio.
The new Samsung Gear IconX (2018) addresses the issue by adding a larger battery in each earbud – one that is promised to deliver up to 5 hours of music listening over Bluetooth. The figure stands at 6 hours if you listen to music stored on the IconX’s 4GB of built-in storage. As before, the provided carrying case doubles …
Founded in 2009 by a group of then Google employees, Anker has made a name for themselves in the world of smartphone accessories. Known for reliable cables, chargers, and power banks, the company has also delved into the audio market, producing various lines of Bluetooth speakers and headphones, which, like their other accessories, became known for their reasonable price, and solid performance. While the company may not be the most prominent name in audio technology, they’ve drawn comparisons to heavy-hitters like Bose and JBL. Today, we take a look at their SoundCore Boost 20-Watt …
