Own an old BlackBerry phone? You'll soon be able to trade it for a KeyOne or Motion

BlackBerry today announced plans to launch a trade-up program
that would make it easy for owners of old BlackBerry handsets to buy a BB device released in 2017. Thanks to this program, folks who still use
smartphones running BlackBerry OS 10 (or older) will receive “a
significant discount and incentive” to upgrade to the BlackBerry KeyOne or
Motion.

Owners of the BlackBerry Priv (released in late 2015 as the
first Berry

new model, too.
Speaking of the Priv, since the handset is now over 2 years
old, …

When we introduced our first Android device more than 24 months ago, we committed to delivering 2 years of monthly software updates for the PRIV. True to our word, we fulfilled this commitment …

Deal: BlackBerry KEYone is $100 off at Amazon and Best Buy until December 2

Nevertheless, BlackBerry fans who considered the KEYone too overpriced for their liking will now get the chance to pay the right price for one of the best BlackBerry-branded smartphones in the last couple of years.

The KEYone is part of BlackBerry’s Cyber Monday deals, so for a limited time, customers …
