Alcatel 3C officially introduced with 6-inch HD+ display, Android Nougat

TCL confirmed earlier this month it will unveil new smartphones at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in late February. The Chinese company hinted to three new smartphone lineups: Alcatel 5, Alcatel 3 and Alcatel 1.

Three smartphones have been mentioned by TCL in the announcement, each belonging to one of the Alcatel series to be introduced next month: Alcatel 5, Alcatel 3V and Alcatel 1X.

Asus ZenFone 5 Lite appears online, it could have Qualcomm chipset and 6-inch display

The next ZenFone series seems to be closer than we have expected. After delaying the ZenFone 4 smartphones for several months last year, Asus plans to shorten the time span between new releases.

According to Asus’ CEO Jerry Shen, we should expect the first ZenFone 5 smartphones to be unveiled as early as March. However, it’s unclear whether they will be announced at MWC (Mobile World Congress) or during a dedicated event later on.

A new report from South Korea claims that the luxury OLED iPhone might actually come in two sizes. 

The source of this information is a recent ETNews article that provides details about Samsung Display’s A3 production plant. LG has pushed out a release for Thursday morning (while it is still Wednesday in the U.S.) to make some interesting comments about its next major flagship smartphone release, the unannounced LG V30.
