version of the phone, so it comes with 1-year warranty and works on carriers

About a month after making its US debut, the Sony Xperia XZ1
Compact – one of the world’s first smartphones to run Android 8 Oreo out of the
box – is now almost $100 cheaper.

 

Amazon is currently offering the Xperia XZ1 Compact starting
at $504.99 – $95 off the phone’s launch price ($599.99). Only the black version
of the XZ1 Compact is available for $504.99, while the other three color
verstions – pink, blue, silver – cost $549.99.

 

Best Buy is discounting the Xperia XZ1 Compact, too, selling
the phone for $549.99, regardless of color. Best Buy is throwing in a $50 gift
card …

Deal: HTC U11 will cost just $549 next week, U Ultra and HTC Bolt also on sale


Next week, HTC will let US customers buy some of its
smartphones at reduced prices. First and foremost, the company’s flagship
handset, the HTC U11, will be offered starting at $549 (that’s $100 off the
regular price). The U11 should also come with a “Fall Deal Gift” that
apparently includes “HTC swag just for you.”

 

Other two smartphones that will be offered for less money are
the HTC U Ultra – $449 instead of the current $499 price – and the
Sprint-exclusive HTC Bolt – $400 instead of $500. Furthermore, if you’re buying
