Lineage 2 Revolution promises largest MMORPG universe on mobile devices

Netmarble has just announced that its new MMORPG title, Lineage 2 Revolution is now available for download in selected countries. The new Android game has been recently soft-launched, so if it doesn’t yet show up in your Google Play store, it means it hasn’t been released in your country.

Moreover, Lineage 2 Revolution was initially introduced in South Korea late last year, but only recently made it to 11 more Asian countries.

Developed by NCsoft, the game is built on Unreal Engine 4, so visuals should be top-notch. Furthermore, developers claim that Lineage …

Samsung re-introduces the Galaxy Folder 2 with a model for its hometown market

Samsung’s Galaxy Folder 2 offers the mid-range Android experience in a flip phone. Already unveiled in China last September, Samsung re-introduced the model today in its home country of South Korea. There is but one screen on the model, which means that you have to open it up every time you use the device. Still, that allows you to look cool by using that nonchalant single hand flip close, which also results in that satisfying sound made when the device is shut.

The Galaxy Folder 2 uses a T9 “keyless” pad which is made of a smooth surface with the keys outlined on top. A social app key places …

OnePlus had no real reason to abandon the OnePlus 2, and it won’t need one for the 5, either

Good news, everybody – the OnePlus 5 is finally official! What this hopefully means is that the company’s hype campaign for the device will thankfully die down soon, at least for a short amount of time. But aggressive and slightly irritating as it was, it sure worked: the 5 is eagerly being awaited by a ton of fans, nevermind its slightly higher price and… unimaginative design.

But everyone out there who’s considering buying the device should know exactly what they’re getting into. Consider the following article as a word of advice: for all of its great marketing, …

Rugged Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 might be coming soon

One of the few rugged slates released by Samsung, the Galaxy Tab Active will be getting a sequel in the not so distant future. A new report claims the South Korean company is already working on the Galaxy Tab Active 2, which might be officially revealed this fall at IFA 2017.

It’s been three years since the original Galaxy Tab Active made its debut on the market, but that doesn’t seem to bother Samsung as the company believes there’s a market for this type of tablets.

The revival of Samsung’s line-up of rugged tablets is going to happen in Europe and Latin …

Google Pixel 2 rumor round-up: Design, specs, and all we know thus far

Despite the availability issues, it’s pretty safe to consider the Google Pixel and Pixel XL as two of the better top-end phones launched last year. Their most profound feature was the camera, which really set a high bar for all other flagships to jump over.
Of course, it doesn’t take a genius to realize that after the good start, Google will be willing to use the gained momentum and one-up itself and the competition in 2017 with the second generation of Pixel devices. Right now, we are not exactly sure if we will get treated to 2 or 3 new handsets as we’re hearing …

Monument Valley 2 review: a perfect visual experience, less so a game

The original Monument Valley game launched in the middle of 2014, nearly three years ago, and since then it has been a benchmark for excellence in graphics and atmospheric story-telling. In our review, we called Monument Valley “impossibly beautiful”. Yet as popular as it was, it was by no means perfect: the original game was way too short, ending in just an hour and a half or less, and it never felt like a ‘game’ per se, lacking nearly completely the competitive aspect of gaming, but instead feeling more like a walk in a beautiful virtual garden.

Google reportedly cancels Pixel XL 2 muskie in favor of larger phone

For quite a while, we’ve been hearing that Google is in the process of testing three different models for this year’s Pixel phone lineup. Word was that there were direct sequels for the Pixel and Pixel XL as well as a third device with an even larger display than the original Pixel XL. Now, a report is claiming that Google has officially cut one of the models and will only move forward with two new Pixel phones.

According to Android Police, the Pixel XL 2 (code-named “Muskie”) has been cancelled and instead of Muskie, the 2017 Pixel XL will be based on the device code-named “Taimen”. …

Buy this house and you'll live in 2 countries at once

TwitterFacebook

Can’t decide whether to live in Canada or the United States? Even in the current political climate? Okay. Well, if you buy this house in Vermont, you’ll straddle the border between the two countries. In fact, there’s a border marker right outside the front door.

But right now, Brian and Joan DuMoulin, who own the property in the community of Beebe Plain, say they’re having trouble finding a buyer. For one thing, the house needs a lot of work. For another, heightened post-9/11 security restrictions have made it occasionally awkward to traverse the grounds. Brian explained to TIME, for example, that Joan and her sister once had to report to Canadian border patrol because a new agent didn’t recognize them. Read more…
