Hulk talk better in 'Thor: Ragnarok' (and refuse turn back into Banner)

It’s been a couple of years since Bruce Banner started turning into the Hulk in the MCU timeline, so it would stand to reason that his alter ego’s vocabulary would be improving.

Mark Ruffalo spilled details about the big fella during Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok panel on Saturday at Comic-Con, including that he won’t be playing much Bruce Banner.

Hulk refuses to turn back into Banner on [the planet] Sakaar because he’s a champion gladiator,” Ruffalo said. “And he’s enjoying his life for once, and he’ll be damned if he’s gonna go back to Banner. Read more…

Hulk is back in the 'Thor: Ragnarok' trailer, and he's never looked more smashing

It’s the end of the world as we know it, and we feel … pretty hyped, actually.

That’s because while the new trailer for Thor: Ragnarok promises doom and destruction, it also promises a really good time. 

Thor and Hulk, the two Avengers who sat out Captain America: Civil War, are reunited here in the furthest reaches of space, where they’re forced to face off in a gladiatorial duel. Don’t worry, though – they’re friends from work.

Tessa Thompson and Jeff Goldblum join the MCU as two new characters who encounter Thor on the planet Sakaar. Meanwhile, Meanwhile, Hela (Cate Blanchett), the goddess of death, has been unleashed and looks ready to wreak havoc on Asgard. Jeff Goldblum is the Jeff Goldblum-iest in the 'Thor: Ragnarok' clip only Comic-Con got to see

The entire world got a new look at Thor: Ragnarok on Saturday, in the form of a brand-new trailer. But diehard fans in Comic-Con’s Hall H got a big bonus: a never-before-seen clip.

And, well, it sure looks like director Taika Waititi is having a lot of fun with this one, both in front of and behind the camera.

The Thor: Ragnarok Comic-Con clip opens with Thor coming to, only to discover he’s shackled to some kind of fancy chair. He seems to be gliding through a tunnel with lots of lights as a voiceover explains what’s going on. (It’s not unlike the Star Tours simulator ride at Disney. Synergy!) Read more…
