Qualcomm confirms it will support Google's Android Oreo (Go edition)

The Snapdragon 845 wasn’t the only important thing Qualcomm announced these days at its Tech Summit. The US-based company confirmed it will support Google’s newly unveiled Android Oreo (Go edition).

Android Oreo (Go edition) is a water down version of the standard Android Oreo operating system, specifically optimized for smartphones supporting 1GB or less of RAM. Well, Qualcomm has just announced that it’s working with Google “to enable the next wave of value priced smartphones.”
